Travel Manitoba is a Crown Corporation responsible for stimulating innovative, sustainable tourism growth in Manitoba’s $1.1 billion tourism industry. In partnership with the tourism industry, Travel Manitoba is responsible for tourism marketing, visitor information services, product development, research and public information. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to join our team.
Customer Service
Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, the incumbent must be bilingual (French language) and should be able to work independently and collaboratively. In a fast-paced environment, it will be necessary to demonstrate an ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task effectively. You must be able to a take ownership of a task and run with it. This position will appeal to individuals with a strong commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must, experience with financial and database software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) an asset.

DUTIES:
* Primary responsibility for telephones, reception, couriers and mail distribution
* Coordination of office maintenance, including equipment and office supplies
* Support to financial staff in processing of accounts payables and data entry
* Maintenance of leave and attendance files and related payroll activities
* Support for data base entry and maintenance process
* Overall administrative support to the Director and others in the division
* Manage brochure stock in reception area
* Assistance with planning and logistics for meetings and other events as necessary

SALARY: $35,992 – $41,136
