Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, the incumbent must be bilingual (French language) and should be able to work independently and collaboratively. In a fast-paced environment, it will be necessary to demonstrate an ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task effectively. You must be able to a take ownership of a task and run with it. This position will appeal to individuals with a strong commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must, experience with financial and database software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) an asset.
DUTIES:
* Primary responsibility for telephones, reception, couriers and mail distribution
* Coordination of office maintenance, including equipment and office supplies
* Support to financial staff in processing of accounts payables and data entry
* Maintenance of leave and attendance files and related payroll activities
* Support for data base entry and maintenance process
* Overall administrative support to the Director and others in the division
* Manage brochure stock in reception area
* Assistance with planning and logistics for meetings and other events as necessary
SALARY: $35,992 – $41,136
