Responsibilities:
• Ability to maximize the performance of the operation by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities.
• Provide effective leadership and management tot eh operational and administration tea s
• Should be knowledgeable in budget and project management.
• Ability to delivery of key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
• Ability to translate,. Analyze and deliver customer needs through effective operations.
• Ensure daily/weekly work load planning and volume forecasting routines.
• Delivery of a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment,
• Responsibility for all issues relating to health an safety.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
• Should be between 27-35 years.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• 3 years experience working in a logistics and distribution company.
• 5 years experience in management.
• Must be ready to work under extreme pressure with minimum supervision.
