KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and co-ordinate daily, weekly and monthly production of the unit in line with projections from sales department.
• Plan and co-ordinate routine machine service and operations.
• Carry out evaluations and analysis so as to identify areas of improvement.
• Offer leadership and direction to the team in the department.
• Compile and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Ability to work with people with strong organization skills.
Qualifications:
• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• A university degree would be an added advantage
• 3 years experience in a production operation.
• Basic IT skills.
