Responsibilities
Scheduling and setting up meetings and /or tele-conferences; including booking of meeting rooms for department head & staff
Coordinating business travels for department staff, including arrangement of accommodation, travel itineraries and claims submission
Preparation of reports / documents to external parties
Performing administrative functions such as printing & binding of pitch-books / presentation materials, filing, faxing, mailing and photocopying, etc
Requirements
GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ level / Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
Good job history profile, job hoppers who stay less than 2 years need not apply
Positive working attitude, mature and have the ability to multi-task
Independent, pleasant, good initiative, resourceful and well-organized
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
