The Systems Administrator Will report to the General Manager and responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:
• Planning upgrades, Operating and maintaining the company’s servers
• Implementing Systems and controls, ensuring only authorized users have access to company systems
• Specify the recommend changes in Technology and systems to ensure optimal service delivery
• Ensure standard turnaround times for problem resolutions are met
• Prepare timely weekly and monthly reports for the Management and the General Manager to ensure they are kept up to date with developments in the business operations
• Rectify all Systems identified problems during the day to ensure that the organisation
• Keeps 99.9% up time and boost customers confidence and satisfaction
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the intent and scope of the job as Directed by the Management or the General Manager

Required job experience:
• Have a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of three years experience in this capacity
• Microsoft/Cisco Certifications will be an added advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and for extended hours
• Good reporting skills and ability to meet deadlines
