Development Officer
• Development and implementation of Marketing Strategy which is closely aligned with the Business strategy of the Bank
• Set clear objectives, goals and plans for the marketing department as derived from the Bank’s strategic objectives
• Formulate appropriate marketing and business development policies and procedures for the Bank
• Plan, analyze and deploy appropriate marketing and sales techniques to sell the Bank’s products/services
• Research into new business opportunities within the market
• Manage the relationships with the Bank’s existing businesses
• Provide sales/marketing information to management
Required Skills/ Job Experience
• In depth knowledge/skill in marketing and selling corporate and retail banking products
• A minimum of 1st Degree in Marketing/Administration/Public Relations with at least three (3) years working experience
• HND Marketing with at least five (5) years work experience in selling Banking products/services
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work welll with people
• Excellent ICT skills
