Inyenyeri is a
Rwandan renewable fuel company. We manufacture our revenue-generating
product—Inyenyeri Fuel Pellets—from locally grown, sustainably harvested
biomass for use in the cleanest burning solid fuel cookstove currently
available – the Philips Gasifying Cookstove.
We are a social
benefit company driven to revolutionize the cooking energy and cookstove
sectors through universal access to our fuel and stoves. Our goals are to
cultivate good health, protect the environment, promote income generation,
increase quality of life and ensure that these benefits are available to ALL
Rwandans.
After substantial
researching and testing of our model during the pilot phase, we are now
expanding operations to distribute stoves to thousands of households in Rubavu
District during 2014 and will eventually scale to national distribution.
Chief Financial
Officer
Inyenyeri seeks a
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the lead in managing our financial
department. This is a challenging position because we are in start-up mode and
growing rapidly. The CFO is a member of the executive management team and works
closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Operations. You
will supervise our Financial Controller and bookeeping department. It is
significant to note that a major part of the job is to work closely with the
CEO to raise many millions USD in working capital in the coming months
