IT Business Analyst HPSM
Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Candidate Profile
A Business Analyst with 3 – 5 years’ experience of implementing and supporting banking applications. Must be dedicated, energetic and self-motivated, command good communication skills and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Key Requirements:
• Fluent written and oral English language skills are essential.
• Experience interacting with end users and their management.
• Strong analytical and product management skills
• To be able to analyze company data; understand business needs, problems, and business opportunities; and to provide suggestions and solutions to improve business.
• Works effectively in a team environment and maintain a pleasant attitude while in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to independently learn and improve skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• ITIL Foundations Certified
Main Responsibilities
• Assist project manager in preparing project plans.
• Discuss and follow up with stakeholders for documenting requirements.
• Suggest solutions to meet business and IT requirements.
• Communicate requirements to vendors and developers.
• Conduct and/or supervise testing of systems and interfaces.
• Assist in data migration and implementation.
• Manage and develop change requests.
• Provide 3rd level support on back office related applications.
• Work within Banking and IT controls.
• Regular status reporting to management.
• Managing smaller scale project.
Technical Skills
• Experienced in HP Service Manager v7.11 or higher
• Experienced in Source Code Management using Prime Code or Serena Dimensions
• Experienced in Web Technologies/IIS
• Background in SQL and Oracle Technology
• Experienced in Unix, WinTel and HP Non-Stop OS
• Experienced in core banking system such as GBS is a plus
