DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The
Finance and Administrative will report to the Program Manager and will be
responsible for the following areas:

- Develop
systems to efficiently manage and file Human Resources records and other
confidential materials - Assist
the Program Manager in producingand updating office documents, policies
and procedures - Support
the organization of events, training and activities as required - Manage
and monitor the Rwanda office administration budget with the Program
Manager - Organize
external bookings and logistics including for meetings, travel and
accommodation for volunteers and staff - Ensure
the annual renewal of International Service registration in Rwanda and
other related paperwork - Maintain
health and safety standards in the Country office - Coordinate
the financial management of the ICS program alongside the ICS Program
Manager - Prepare
the accounts for in country audits - Co-ordinate
finance, payroll, logistics and HR support for International Service,
Rwanda

qualification at level 3 or above in administration, finance or office
management - Proven
knowledge of office administration including, procurement, Producing &
filing various office documentation - Working
knowledge of costs and budgets. - Ability
and willingness to learn and work with a high degree of motivation and
adaptability - Good
communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, including the
ability to work effectively in a team. - Excellent
IT skills Ability to use excel - Ability
to train using adult methodologies - Ability
to write good reports and good oral and writing skills - Proficiency
in spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda - Understanding
of Rwandan legal requirements regarding organizational finance
