Integrity People Accounts Receivable/Cash Collections Clerk Job Vacancy in Australia

This exciting part-time role is to join a highly collaborative and engaging
accounts team and assist with the collection of overdue funds from customers,
reducing levels of overdue debts, assisting the ANZ team in reaching desired
cash flow targets.

Key responsibilities include:
·         Contacting clients regarding
overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment.  Expected to place
high volume calls and/or correspondence to obtain expected payment dates or
reasons for non-payment.
·         Maintain accurate records of
the customer payment status.  Reporting to the Finance Manager on a weekly
and monthly basis.
·         Communicate and follow up
effectively with client discrepancies to Finance Analysts and Account Managers
to enable them to promptly rectify any issues.
·         Perform other assigned tasks
and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable function within the
team, cash receipting, banking of cheques, submitting copy invoices to clients.

The successful candidate will be required to have a high level of attention to
detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to
work within a busy team environment, multitask and prioritise.  Good with
follow up and working efficiently is also essential. Experience with working in
a corporate accounts receivable/cash collections role will take preference for
this role along with advanced MS Office Excel and SAP.
