Responsibilities:
• Full profit and loss accountability of the factory’s operations
• Strategic direction setting for the factory’s current and future capabilities
• Strong desire for excellence
• Ability to forecast market directions customer expectations
• Ability to put in place programs to enhance and improve on operational excellence
• To be an active member for the Groups factories in the region and assist on a regional role for all existing as well as new factories

Requirements:
• A strong management and leadership personality
• Past experience in managing a fast paced manufacturing concern in the electronics/ semiconductor/ mechanical industry
• Exposure to process driven initiatives
• Familiar with Lean / six sigma programs
• Constantly updating on the current advancements in the industry
• A proven track record
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
