Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate the annual HR planning cycle across the Divisions; formally track and report quarterly against progress on the plan.
* Liaise with respective Programme and Consultancy Practice stakeholders to ensure sufficient and capable resource is aligned where required.
* Manage the HR Programme Management Office.
* Oversee and coach Project Analysts in the development and delivery of overall Programme Office services to other parts of the team.
* Highlight linkages and dependencies across the Programme activities and working with multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential impacts.
Requirements:
* Banking / Financial Services experience.
* Experience establishing / managing Project Management Office.
* Project Management experience; sound knowledge of project management processes, methodology, techniques, tools and templates.
* Sound knowledge of compliance and Governance standards.
* Competent use of MS Project, Excel, Word and PlanView.
* Qualified Prince 2 Practitioner or MSP Practitioner – desirable.
* HR Generalist experience – desirable.
* Risk management experience – desirable.
