My customer is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. You will be degree qualified with ideally your CIPD qualification and you will have gained your experience within a fast paced, change environment. Ideally you will have worked in manufacturing/engineering type industries.
This role will expose you to a busy and varied HR generalist remit where you will lead on significant HR projects as well as dealing with the day to day operational agenda. You must have experience of working within a unionised environment and will possess strong stakeholder management experience.
