Our client is a
close knit and easy going centrally located Commonwealth employer who has an
immediate requirement for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer.

This is an
opportunity to secure a solid contract role for 6 months.

As the Accounts
Receivable Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to the
following:

• accounts
receivable processing
• petty cash payments and reconciliations
• collecting and banking of public monies
• creation of invoices; 
• providing input to monthly and annual reporting for the AR function
• provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients.

In addition, this
role will see you managing travel bookings and so strong experience with whole
of government travel arrangements will be highly regarded. As such this role
would suit a processing officer who would like a broader role in a smaller
agency.

You will ideally
have previous experience with Accounts Receivable working with Finance One. You
will enjoy working in a team environment; have strong communication skills,
great attention to detail, and work well to deadlines.

A baseline
security clearance is essential.
SALARY –
$57k – $63k + 15.4% super
