Sales Executive (Property Magazine Advertising)

Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to sell advertising space for the magazine to real estate agencies, property developers, lenders, and all housing-related industries.
• Regular canvassing to potential clients and build up rapport with them
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
• Analyse market conditions and assist in creating effective marketing strategies
• Aim to have advertisers commit long-term contracts
• To achieve and exceed monthly targets
• Generate daily report for review
Requirements:
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in Magazine/ Publishing/ Property/ Bank an advantage
• Language: English, Chinese, Malay
• Computer literate; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• MUST have own transport and valid license
• Willing to travel within KLANG VALLEY area.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, friendly
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
We offer basic salary and allowances (total up at least RM2450), and also lucrative commission scale.
