Girls’ Education Advancement Programme 2 (REAP2) hereby request you to submit
price quotation(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached Bidding
Form titled ‘RFT No. GECT – 002 – 17

• The
  attached HPA RFT Bid Form (Annex P25) must be completed and submitted in
  accordance with the RFT Instructions at Annex P25. The Delivery Period and
  Country of Origin must also be shown on the Bid Form.
• The
  attached Conditions of Participation (Annex P24) must completed and be
  duly authorized by an authorized company representative and a copy of the
  Company Registration Certificate accompanying.
• Signed
  and stamped HPA General Terms & Conditions
• Signed
  and stamped HPA Code of Ethics

• Prices
  are to be quoted in Rwandan Francs specifying both unit cost inclusive of
  tax, VAT and any custom fee and unit cost without custom taxes;
• Quotations
  to include all costs of delivery to the HPA office address above;
• Proposals
  must include the following:

1. The
   date of the proposal;
2. Signature,
   name, title, telephone number of the seller or of the authorised
   representative of the firm (if the bidder is a company) submitting the
   proposal including the firms mailing address;
3. Terms
   of payment, including prompt payment discounts, if any;
4. All
   other information required in this RFT;

• Any
  proposals received after the stated opening time and date will be
  rejected;
• The
  tender bid, all correspondence and documents relating to the tender
  exchange by the tenderer and HPA, shall be written in English;
• Full
  Documentation can be submitted either in softcopy to the above email
  address or in hard copy in a sealed envelope to HPA Office in Kigali
  (please see full address at the top of the page);
• Canvassing
  by any bidder will lead to automatic disqualification.
