To be considered for

al role, you will have a proven successful track-record in
lending, be results focused and passionate about your job. You will be
confident in assessing the financial needs of customers and provide options to
meet those needs in pursuit of specific sales, service, growth and referral
targets with an emphasis on mortgage and small business lending. You will have
excellent analytical and financial skills and be considered a key Lending
Manager.
To be successful
you will require the following:
- A solid
understanding of banking and financial industry principals and
regulations, including knowledge of personal banking, small business
banking and general insurance products and processes. - Exceptional
rapport building and networking skills. - Strong
credit skills where you utilise risk analysis, cash flow analysis,
portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections,
property valuation, credit mediation, security requirements and credit
checking. - Excellent
business development skills. - Strong
negotiation skills.
