Your new company
Our Client is a large NSW Government Organisation who provides an incorporated
approach to the strategic planning and delivery of a safe and reliable system
for their customers. This organisation employs around 30,000 employees across
NSW made up of front line staff, maintenance crews as well as construction and
corporate employees who are responsible for improving their overall customer
experience, planning , regulations and services.

Your new role
Due to a recent movement in their corporate services this organisation is
looking for a Grade 4 Workers Compensation Officer to join the business
responsible for ensuring that good-quality and efficient service and advice is
provided to manage injury claims aligned with NSW legislation. This role is
also responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with internal
stakeholders and assisting in the implementation of strategies designed to
minimise costs and premiums in their workers compensation division.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have had experience in
delivering excellent customer service in an injury management and claims
management environment and a proven track record in implementing policies and
procedures to reduce injury claims and minimise cost. You will be highly
organised and efficient in order to work to tight deadlines and have very
strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal
stakeholders.
