Management experience, excellent business acumen and natural sales instincts to
join our Property Management Team at our Preston, Ivanhoe and Northcote
offices.
As the first point of contact for our both our owners and tenants, an essential
part of your role will be to establish and manage relationships, provide expert
knowledge, advice and service. You are a creative, passionate, and a self-driven
team player, eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning

- Self-starters
with track records of excellence across Property Management able to
provide superior operational and client/tenant focused outcomes - Past
experience in Property Management is highly regarded, however, bright new
comers to the industry who are willing to learn and work hard will be
trained and nurtured accordingly - Ability
to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively - Ability
to exercise judgement and solve difficult problems without direct
supervision - Comfortable
working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Client
facing role experience - Articulate
in both verbal and written communication - Ability
to effectively lead client meetings and presentations - Highly
organised and ability to multi-task easily/simultaneously - High
energy and positive attitude - An
Agents Representative Certificate - A
drivers licence - Flexibility,
drive and a strong work ethic - Excellent
computer skills
