Our
Large global consulting organisation is seeking to hire a “Process
Owner” to join their very successful team in Canberra.
 


The process owner is responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the
Service Management process/processes. This role is responsible for managing
compliance and identifying improvements to ensure that the process achieves the
expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the interface between the Client and Other Service Providers
to facilitate the efficient and effective lifecycle of Standard Service
Requests (SSRs) and Non-Standard Service Requests (NSSRs).
• Identify critical success criteria’s and develop KPI’s that can adequately
measure success
• Actively seek automation solutions and process improvement wherever possible
• Act as the first escalation point on any issues and risks between and from
Service Providers in relation to SSRs and NSSRs.
• Maintain visibility and report on status of all Service Requests as required
by the contract and LM management.
• Develop and build strong relationships with Client and Other Service
provider stakeholders to promote and maintain ESMCs leadership obligations
within the context of the Client’s Outsourcing arrangements.
• Manage and maintain SSR and NSSR policies, processes, procedures and Work
Instructions and ensure they are updated within the knowledge management tool
• Engage with the ESMC Engineering teams and other ESMC Process leads to
improve the EUC Service Request tools (currently Remedy) ability to support and
optimise the IT Ordering Catalogue and SSR and NSSR processes and related
deliverables.
• Actively promote and implement process efficiencies including standardisation
of repeatable NSSRs in the IT Ordering Catalogue
• Achievement of SLA Performance measures
• Chair and Manage the operation governance forums
• Conduct and participate in internal and external audits, assessing the
maturity and effectiveness of owned process
• Manage structured improvement activities to ensure ongoing continuous
improvement
• Initiate process non-compliance reviews for both internal and external
supplier
• Ensure post activity reviews relevant to process area are performed as
documented
• Provide on time, meaningful and high quality reports with detailed analysis
targeted at the right audience

Please Note: To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen
who currently holds an active Australian Government Security Clearance
to Baseline Level.
