GreenSaver is Ontario’s oldest non-profit organ
ization providing
residential energy efficiency services. Over the past 2 decades we’ve
performed over 50,000 energy assessments for households and businesses
to help improve their comfort and lower energy bills. As a key
efficiency presence in Ontario, GreenSaver has enjoyed more that 20
years of active involvement in the energy conservation sector and is
now a leading delivery agent of conservation and demand management
programs.
GreenSaver’s Client Support department is growing again! We are
seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist with a passion for
customer service excellence. The successful candidate will report to
the Client Support Manager and work closely with our strong team in
our rapidly growing busy contact centre.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver superior customer service with excellent organizational skills
• Communicating with clients in both official languages
• Translate documents
• Provide advice and information in a blended contact centre (in-bound
and outbound calls) for a variety of programs and services
• Meet targeted call quotas and service levels
• Clearly identify problems and either resolve or escalate appropriately
• Convert inquiries into customers
• Respond to and resolving emails / phone calls
• Problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced
environment
• Input client data into various databases, maintain records, prepare reports
• Scheduling of appointments for many different services
• Reception and administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Contact Centre and Customer Service experience. Must be comfortable
with outbound calling.
• Fluency in French a strong asset
• A passion for customer service excellence
• Strong experience with MSOffice products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
web-based applications
• Client management database experience
• Concern for the environment
• Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation
and telephone skills
• Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge in a changing environment
• Logical problem solver with a very strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to represent the organization in a professional, caring,
progressive manner
• Must have the ability to work well as part of a team or
independently with minimal supervision. Must have flexible hours of
availability. Some evenings or weekends may be required periodically.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Starting salary is $31,500 annually. Standard benefits package and
GreenSaver EcoBenefits (public transit rebates, carpooling incentives,
etc) available after 3 months.
