FDM has a unique opportunity for a limited number of high-calibre graduate developer (s) to become employed and fully trained by FDM Group, and work with our valued client, a solid leader in software development for trading, risk management and processing, in Paris for a minimum 2 years.
You will undergo approximately 16 weeks training in our award-winning London Bridge based Academy, in UNIX, SQL and core Java technologies, as well as some specific training for your role. You will then jet off to Paris to work with our client as a Java developer, responsible for the development of one of their bespoke products.
Essential Criteria:
• A 1st or 2.1 minimum grade in IT, Maths, Engineering or Physics (other finance IT and numerical science disciplines will be considered)
• A passion for and preferably some IT development experience
• You must be willing and able to work in Paris
• You must be willing and able to train in London
• Must have an interest in the Finance / Investment Banking industry
• The ability to speak French would be advantageous but is not essential.
