The Role:
This plush office is currently seeking an innovative individual to provide
Monday – Friday support to

their Top Performing Sales Team. Supporting three
Salespersons’, your role will be to ensure smooth running of the day to day
business with exposure to elite campaigns.

• Dairy Management, data base management and all appointments
• Liaising, supporting and aligning yourself with the Sales Team
• Client care and communication with vendors and buyers
• Preparing proposals and relevant documents for clients

The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an immaculately presented individual to be the right hand
support to this team of professionals. They require someone to think on their
feet and have the ability to take initiative.

• You MUST have previous administration experience in the real estate
industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with brilliant attention to
detail
• Be a strong team player and have the ability to manage and prioritize
• A Certificate of Registration is preferred
