Global Communities is seeking for Temporary General Services Assistant (GSA)
will support the General Services Manager in daily activities, especially in
asset inventory and physical verification. The position will be based at Global
Communities Rwanda office.
Position reports To: General Services Manager (GSM)
Duration: from: October 1, 2013 to October 30, 2013
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
– Verifying assets against physical and soft copy
– Apply new tag base on the name change on Global Communities Rwanda Assets
– Assist in Procurement filing system and other files GSM department
– Other administrative work as need arises
Key Competencies
– University degree
– Experience in Stock Management and assets verification
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Kinyarwanda, French, and
English required)
– Attention to detail
– Use of MS office
– Reliability
– time-management skills
