Our client is seeking to appoint a Managing
Director. Applicants for the position must have excellent skills in credit
appraisal, project monitoring, risk assessment, motivation, leadership and know
your client’s requirements; a strategic thinker and appreciation of development
of banking and finance business in Ghana and Africa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be responsible to the board for the day-to-day
management of the company.

To assist the Board augment its capital guarantee
fund periodically.

programmes and business plans.

Build partnership with financial institutions and
MDA’s to appreciate its credit guarantee business.

To prepare periodic strategic plans for review by

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should possess strong
managerial, analytical and communication skills.

Experience in financial sector in management of
financial resources, credit appraisal and analysis and aggressive marketing
