in Armadale – Mammoth known to push the boundaries with it’s menu yet still
offers brunch classics, whilst our newly opened pizza restaurant in Northcote –
Primo offers a modern twist on the traditional trattoria.
We are on a mission
to bring together industry professionals who are after an exciting challenge
with a new opening coming to South Yarra this November.
The successful
applicant will report to the Sous Chef and together with the team be
responsible for the hands-on, smooth running and success of the kitchen.
We are looking to
train a candidate in culinary skills with a view of a potential long term
career with the company.
If you feel you are:
- Passionate
about food and hospitality - Hardworking
and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment - Have a
minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen experience with a wood
fired oven preferrable. - Positive
orientation with an eye for detail - Ability
to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills
essential - Able to
work under pressure in fast paced and high volume kitchen - Passionate
industry professional - Time
management skills - Knowledge
of Italian and European cuisine - Flexible
roster over 7 day week
