Engineers/Engineering Assistants (Test/Quality/Product/Process) (Johor – Senai)

Responsibilities :
• To establish the product assembly process base on the Customer Bill of Material and Product related documents to meet the Products specification.
• To ensure critical areas required for inspection are listed in the Quality inspection guideline.
• Responsible for all Engineering correspondence between customer and GES, and carry out necessary co-ordination with internal departments to ensure products are assembled to customer’s latest design changes requirements.
• To investigate the cause of non-conforming products and implement action plan to prevent re-occurrence.
• To recommend the stopping of line in the event when non-conformance cannot be rectified.
• To participate in the team initiated by the Quality Engineer to resolve customer complaint.
• To maintain and further improve the process manual for either efficiency improvement or engineering change implementation.
• To participate in the Statistical Process Control and other quality improvement programs or meeting for quality enhancement.
• To provide engineering support to production to ensure problem free manufacturing

Requirements :
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Science or related discipline
• 1-3 years of working experience in Electronics / Manufacturing / related field preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
