Civil Engineering Manager Position
The responsibilities include:
• Designing, planning, and scheduling civil engineering structures such as roads, drainage systems, water supply, and wastewater management, on Company’s sites
• Supervising the construction of all civil engineering works
• Developing quality control and quality assurance plans for all civil engineering projects
• Managing all civil engineering information and documents, with specific label/design standardization
• Represent the company on all civil engineering matters
Job Location & Length: The position will be based in Kumasi with a station in Chirano. Available immediately
Required Skills or Experience
A typical candidate should possess:
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with Project Management Professional Certification preferred
• 4-6 years post-qualification experience in relevant field with 2+ years in management
Core Competencies:
• Ability to plan and design civil engineering structures
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Engineering and project Management Principles
• Familiar with Programs and excel in computer-aided design (CAD), specifically 3D AUTO CAD
• Have Strong Analytical skills to ascertain the best methods for designs, materials and safety
• Demonstrated ability to lead others and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to be a strong team player and manage high performance teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
