Western Seed Company (“WSC” or the “Company”), a private company based in Kitale, Kenya, is a leading provider of hybrid maize seed to small-holder farmers in Kenya.
WSC is seeking applications for a General Manager – Finance & Administration (GMF).
The GMF will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development and maintenance of a financial and operational strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Qualifications & Next Steps:
• Preference will be given to candidates that hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification and an MBA
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior manager of a midsized company
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Kiswahili will be an added advantage
