Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day
activities of our health center program in multiple districts, overseeing the
work of a diverse, cross-cultural team. 2014-2015 marks a critical period for
the program as GHI plans to grow rapidly. The Program Manager will be
responsible for devising operational systems and best practices to ensure that
the program runs smoothly at current and future sites. S/he will also be
responsible for managing the program team, including field staff and middle
management.

Responsibilities
The Program Manager responsibilities include:
- Liaise with health center partners to
coordinate activities - Manage the program budget
- Manage the program team, including providing
regular supervision and reviews to middle management - Participate in training field staff and middle
management - Hold regular program meetings and gather
feedback - Participate in strategic planning
