Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Work with Project Managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop testing strategies
Create test plans and scripts based on business requirements
Test application GUI, Transactions and Settlement cycles including regression testing
Coordinate testing with UAT verifying transaction and settlement cycles
Provide training and support to operations and merchants performing level 2 support
Ensure applications and hardware are PCIDSS compliant
Work with POS Team Leader to document release notes for applications
Work with external companies to QA our clients services
Keep up to date with changes to card scheme rules and compliance requirement

Principal Qualification or Requirements:
2 years+ QA Testing Experience
Enthusiastic and structured approach to testing
Good problem solving, analytical capabilities
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and show initiative in your own area
Ability to manage workload and work to exacting deadlines
Ability to facilitate meetings comfortable with speaking in front of an audience.
Experience in writing and executing test plans from business requirements
Experience with VISA and MASTERCARD scheme rules (Desirable but not essential)
