Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Analysing, designing, developing and maintaining of distributed enterprise applications for hundreds of users across 20+ countries
Implementing of multiple project components from a technical perspective and provide accurate development estimates
Working closely with Project Management on related activities for planning, scheduling and product release
Conducting unit and integration testing
Delivering project documentation
Researching, evaluating and recommending new technology and development tools
Mentoring new and junior members in product development and methodology

The IT Manager
Principal Qualification or Requirements:
2-4 years + software development experience
Experience of designing and implementing complex enterprise systems
Good hands on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX and SQL Server 2008
Experience of BizTalk, SQL Server Reporting Services/ Analysis Services is desirable but not essential
Good communication and problem solving skills
Self motivated with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Good team player
Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly
