1.Scheduled Slots Guest Service Attendant
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining
required standard of service on the slots floor by attending to all guest
requirements (Maintenance, marketing, food and beverage, hygiene and security)
1.2.Duties
•Responsible for and ensure high level of personal
service and standards and be visible to guests, attending to all gaming related
incidents or events that will include slots machines and or gaming related
queries and requirements.
•Resolving guests and complaints and disputes,
teaching guests how to use SMART cards, reviewing jackpot histories and client
points, security and financial controls.
1.3.Education, Experience and Competencies
•O’levels
•Previous Gaming experience and advantage
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Prior experience in customer service related
industries preferable
•Frontline employee with computer and good
arithmetic skills
•Strong Customer Focus
•Ability to handle pressure
