1.1.Job Purpose
This appointment will be for the duration of the
registration of voters from the 4th – 27th October 2013
1.2.Salary: B4 Salary Scale (P2870.00) bottom Notch
1.3.Qualifications and Experience
•A minimum of Cambridge School Certificate or
equivalent
•Applications should be 18 years and above
1.4.Duties
•The overall registration of voters within their
respective polling stations
•The maintenance and safe custody of stocks of
registration books/forms entrusted to them
•Adhering to laid down employment procedures
•Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned
•Ensuring voters who apply to be registered possess
the relevant qualifications for registration otherwise advising them accordingly

IMPORTANT:
•Those who are currently on internship programme or
gainfully employed shall not be eligible
