Our Team is Family
Our team is made up of the most remarkably driven
individuals you will ever meet. We are hardworking, entrepreneurial, innovative
and shameless idealists. This means we set high goals, exceed them, and then
push hard the following year to go even further in empowering youth to change
the world. As a team we are also a family. When we’re travelling overseas, on
the road for weeks at a time, or working late in the office, we are each
other’s “home away from home”. Many of us have made life-long friends
here, friends that we have stood alongside at life moments such as weddings and
more.

The skills and experience shared on a resume are
important, but certainly not what ultimately determines who we welcome onto the
team. We build our teams with people who live the culture we live, so we also
want to know what makes you unique, what you are passionate about, and most
importantly why you want to be a part of our family. Share a video you made.
Send us a presentation. Show us who you really are and what you care about.
Whether it be sports, adventure travelling, or girls’ education, we want to
know what drives you and how that fits in with what we’re all about.

What it Takes to Do What We Do
Our team takes our core values to heart and lives them
every single day. It takes “We thinking and we acting” to do
something this big. And with the passion we all have for empowering youth and
changing the world, we always get the job done. Period.

If you are looking for a 9-5 work environment, this is
not it. Here there are no “typical” days. Instead, our team comes
across opportunities that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. The things
we do are unprecedented in the non-profit and social enterprise world, and we
want to
keep it that way by encouraging our team to push the envelope in every way we
can. We are quick to trust our staff, and give them great responsibilities
because we know they will go far.
