Me to We is seeking an Associate Director of
Executive Projects
to join the office of the CEO. Reporting to
the Director of the Office of the CEO, this individual must have a passion for
sales, as well as a keen eye for the smooth and efficient operation of the
office. Experience with trips/travel and consumer products is an asset. As a
personable, professional and motivated team player, the Associate Director of
Executive Projects must be ready take initiative and be adaptable in a
fast-paced environment.

The position is
based out of the Me to We Office in Toronto (225 Carlton Street) with an
immediate start date. A minimum three-year commitment is required. Salary is to
be negotiated. There is a probationary period, upon reaching the three (3)
month period, all staff members are offered a health plan including dental and
Employee Assistance Program.

Responsibilities:
Corporate and
Family Trips and Consumer Engagement (35%)

  • Maintain
    an up-to-date account of your team’s sales pipeline, activities, and
    closes, reporting insights to the Director in a weekly check-in.
  • Execute
    the department’s sales strategy, tracking results and having an ability to
    quickly develop creative new strategies in an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Provide
    structured feedback and coaching, listen in on calls, create sales
    trainings, and mentor staff to ensure they meet or exceed goals – create a
    positive sales culture within the team.
  • Liaise
    with other departments, including the Executive office and Business
    Development, to generate leads and strengthen pipeline, maintain quality
    control with internal and external leads.
  • Ensuring
    all steps of the engagement process and diligent use of our client
    management tool Salesforce
  • Work in
    coordination with Consumer Engagement and other departments on Events and
    Trunk Show strategy and execution in order to meet sales goals
  • Drive
    the creation of necessary marketing materials

Correspondence
and Executive Communication (30%)

  • Manage
    correspondence of the CEO, delegate action items to the team as necessary,
    and quality control all communication
  • Relationship
    Management with important, high touch external stakeholders on behalf of
    the CEO
  • Creation
    of PowerPoint Decks for speaking engagements and meetings

Office and
Schedule Management (15%)

  • Manage
    the schedule of the CEO
  • Daily
    management of the CEO’s office and support team i.e. correspondence,
    scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, additional personal assistance
    tasks
  • Manage
    a growing team
  • Lead
    and maintain a strong culture, where team members feel continued personal
    development and job satisfaction
  • Build
    inter-departmental relationships in order to help the team achieve goals
    and support other departments in achieving their goals.

Special
Projects (20%)

  • Work
    closely with Me to We’s CEO to complete and push forward a variety
    projects, with a focus on Corporate & Family engagement and Consumer
    Engagement, and with the intent of driving revenue and maintaining high
    touch relationships
  • Project
    Management in a variety of projects including creation of marketing
    material, high profile trips, external events

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    of 5 years of sales or management experience
  • Bachelor’s
    degree or commensurate experience
  • Personal
    satisfaction in activities and responsibilities available in the job;
    enjoying the essence of sales work, embracing and cultivating the Me to We
    culture.
  • Employment
    experience in the travel industry and/or a personal passion for travel
  • Strong
    written and oral communication skills is a must- Ability to communicate in
    a clear, concise, and persuasive manner at all levels; internal and
    external to the organization
  • Ability
    to time-manage and multi-task in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
  • Must
    operate with a high degree of discretion
  • Ability
    to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Powerful
    work ethic, both as a team member, but also as a self-starter
  • Experience
    mentoring and coaching others, and motivating high performing teams
  • Friendly,
    outgoing self-starter
  • Excellent
    adhering to strict timelines and attention to detail
  • Positive
    and professional attitude and ability to work as a team player with all
    levels of management
  • Proficient
    in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Flexibility
    to travel from time to time
  • Willingness
    to obtain TICO certification (if candidate has not yet been certified)
