To be successful in securing a

role as a Talent
Specialist you will be a proven performer in your area of speciality with
a minimum of 4 years relevant recruitment  services experience, in either
internal or agency recruitment. It is essential that you have worked on a
busy desk where you have run more than 25 roles at any given time and have
managed high volume accounts. Previous experience in recruiting for FMCG,
Retail or Marketing roles would be advantageous. Ability to multi task and
engage stakeholders is key to your ongoing success.
