Job Responsibilities:
-Obtain BRC Standard for the companies new site
• Maintain and monitor the plant HACCP system
• Implement and maintain procedures for CCP’s
• Ensure the site is always compliant with company and legal procedures and policies.
• Promote good hygiene procedures across the site
• Develop improved methods and systems for food processing, quality control, production and distribution
• test new products and collaborate with flavor experts and process engineers to solve issues
Skills, Abilities and Education
• Diploma/ Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food business or related area. Certificate in Quality Assurance also would be an advantage
• 2 -3 years experience working in Food Industry manufacturing environment – ideally baking technologist.
• Experience of obtaining BRC Standard is essential.
– Operational experience of quality systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Effective technical knowledge of on-site manufacturing processes.
• Full understanding of relevant quality and compliance regulations
