FHI 360 Nutrition Technical Officer Job Vacancy in Rusizi, Rwanda

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Ability to work
   independently, as well as with a team.
2. Possess strong communication,
   organizational and analytical skills, high attention to the detail.
3. In-depth knowledge of the
   Infant and Yang child Nutrition (IYCN),maternal nutrition and food
   security programming and policies
4. Demonstrated ability to
   transfer knowledge to various audiences through training mentoring and
   other formal and non-formal methods.
5. Have familiarity with public
   health sector in Rwanda; and experience in nutrition or food security
   programs preferred.
6. Excellent interpersonal,
   writing and communication and team building skills

• Computer proficiency (MS
  Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and
  English, French proficiency also preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal
  supervision   

• Advanced  Degree or
  Bachelor Degree with preference given to nutrition and/or Public Health,
  
• Previous experience working
  with design, implementation and management of nutrition or community
  health programs,
• Minimum 5 years working
  experience in the nutrition field or more within an International NGO
  setting.

• Master Degree preferably in
  Nutrition and/or Public health;
• Previous Experience of 2
  years working in nutrition community program
