Job Summary: The
Customer Service Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing
customer service queries this position will be up-country based i.e. Masaka,
Mbarara, Kasese.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Inventory of
Revenue Units across all PoS in territory - Supervision of Inventory of
Service Units and Accessories across all Service Centers in Territory - Offering quality customer care
to Fenix customers who need technical and non-technical assistance - Field testing and surveying to
assist with product development of cutting edge solar powered technologies - Customer feedback and
satisfaction data collection i.e. handling detailed customer questions
relating to the company products
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the
aforementioned Customer Care Opportunity should possess a Bachelor’s
degree or diploma in related field i.e. Sales and Marketing - A minimum of two or more years’
experience in a customer-oriented organizational setting, sales experience
is an added advantage - Strong critical thinking skills
- Possess the ability to
multi-task - Fluent spoken and written
English and Luganda with ability to speak an additional local language - Past experience living and
working upcountry is a must for this role.
