In Malawi, Feed the children is working
towards addressing community needs through Child Focused Community Development
model, this is a
comprehensive and integrated approach that is designed to help underprivileged
families and communities achieve self-sufficiency around 4 programmatic pillars
of Food and nutrition, Health and Water, Education and livelihoods. Feed the Children
raises funds using different channels including Child Sponsorship mechanism to
implement its activities with a view to improve the wellbeing of Children,

Reports to the M&E Technical
Develop and maintain project database and
produce reports, Establish mechanisms for capturing, analysing, reporting and
applying M&E findings, information and best practices amongst program
staff, Assist in designing and implementation of surveys and special studies,
Provide capacity building/training in M&E to staff and identifying
bottlenecks and propose possible solutions, Coordinate field data collection
and conduct data quality assessments

Must have Bachelors Degree in Demography,
Statistics or Economics, At least 3 yrs experience working in a busy M&E
set up in an international NGO, Ability to understand and interpret complex data
