Background
FAWE
Rwanda Chapter is one of the national chapters of the Forum for African Women
Educationalists (FAWE), a pan-African non-governmental organization operating
in 33 sub-Saharan African countries with its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.
 FAWE Rwanda Chapter started in 1997, and its mission is to promote gender
equity and equality in the education b

y fostering positive policies, practices
and attitudes towards girls’ education. Since the day it was founded, the
chapter has keenly participated in altering the gender landscape and attitudes
towards girls’ education in Rwanda from the national to the community levels.

FAWE
Rwanda would like to hire a recruitment firm to recruit Finance and
Administration Officer for the organization.
Scope
of Work for the Recruitment Firm
The
firm is to recruit dedicated, well-qualified and experienced staff as per the
job profile, the qualification, and experience required for the position. The
agency should adopt a transparent and competitive process.
Specific
Tasks
  • Review
    the terms of reference elaborated by FAWE Rwanda for each position;
  • Screen
    all applications received and come up with short-listed  candidates;
  • Compose
    a written exam for the short-listed candidates for each position;
  • Mark
    the written exam and come up with a list of candidates to be interviewed;
  • Present
    a report concerning each candidate to be interviewed;
  • Lead
    the interviewing session;
  • Write
    up a report of the whole recruitment process.
Requirements
The following are the key requirements for the recruitment agency:
  • Relevant
    experience of at least 3 years with supporting documents;
  • A
    brief write up on the methodology to be adopted by the agency for
    execution of the work together with a financial proposal;  
  • Provide
    the profile of the experts and subject specialists required to recruit the
    desired staff;  
  • Demonstrating
    professionalism and integrity.
