rollout of a large digital project they are looking to employ experienced
digital copywriters to manage a large website rewrite project.
In
this role you’ll be responsible for researching, planning and writing to help
support sections of one of Australia’s most visited websites. Work will include
auditing existing content, analysing competitors, scoping the project,
collaborating with stakeholders, planning the content lifecycle and of course,
writing. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of having worked on
large-scale, website rewrite projects. You will have managed the project from
start to finish and have handled resources, stakeholders and timelines.

- Build
an inventory and audit of existing content - Gather
business requirements for copy that converts, builds brand advocacy and
encourages customers to self-serve - Find
content from across the business that can be repurposed to fit project
goals - Have
played a leading role in complete rewrite projects for large scale clients - Gather
and analyse data to inform content decisions - Define
and measure success metrics. - Build
a picture of content gaps and competitive opportunities - Write
copy that meets brand, SEO, UX and legal requirements - Project
manage timelines and resources
As
an experienced and passionate copywriter you’ll have a relevant degree in
either journalism or communications with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and
previous exposure of working in a corporate organisation on large scale
re-writes or from agency working with high profile corporate clients. You’ll
bring a quick to learn and ‘can do’ attitude and have exposure to systems like
Adobe illustrator, Fireworks, Photoshop or Oracle UCM). Along with this you’ll
naturally be effective in establishing strong relationships with your
stakeholders.
