Job Summary: The Ericsson Operations Assurance Engineer VAS will be
responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and
reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the
one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services
provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service
Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide second
level Assurance Support Activities - Responsible for
2nd Level Incident Management - In charge of
Problem Management - Responsible for
System Administration - Offer second
Level Billing Operations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal
candidates should have detailed working knowledge of servers HW/SW and
their characteristics in Service networks area( e.g. TCP/IP, UNIX, Sun
Solaris, VPN) - SQL language
- UNIX/Linux
operating system commands - Shell scripting,
Perl scripting and UNIX administration represent an advantage - Working
knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice - Skills in
Presentation & Communication - Skills in
Knowledge sharing - Problem Solving
