Engineering Manager
Responsibilities :
• responsible for overall functions of the Engineering department.
• lead a team of engineering staff to provide engineering solutions, trouble shoot and support operational requirements.
• implements NPI/Process/Industrial Engineering initiatives to further enhance and improve engineering capabilities in operational and production activities.
• lead engineering department to continuously seek and implement machine effectiveness, efficiencies and improve line yield,
• work closely with and support all departments in relation to engineering activities within the company.
• lead and drive the engineering team to meet overall department goals and objectives.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing of precision machining parts (preferably in hard disk drive industry) with minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial position.
• Has knowledge in jigs and fixtures designing and automation.
• Must be willing to work in and be based in Ayutthaya, Thailand.
