Responsibilities:
• Assist to advertise position requested by the hiring manager.
• Liaising with Recruitment Firm on the positions required within the company.
• Review and selected suitable cvs to propose to the hiring manager
• Arrangement of interviews.
• Conduct interviews
• Other ad hoc task relating to recruitment.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in HR or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years working experience as a Technical Recruiter in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience in handling high level positions such as Project Director, Business Development Manager/Director etc positions before.
• Experience in recruiting both Asian and Westerners profile.
• Proactive and has good knowledge in technical aspect relating to oil & gas.
• Open to both Singaporean or SPR.
