• Conduct and assess health screenings.
• Provide clear explanation of products and equipment.
• Provide instruction on the proper use of equipment.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide guidance for customers.
• Provide training.
Requirements:
• Highly driven and articulate with a passion for delivering the ultimate experience for each and every customer.
• Diploma / Degree in healthcare or in related field required.
• Individuals with TCM background will be considered.
• Possess a passion to help customers to regain their health.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to achieve given sales targets.
• Willing to perform shift/weekend duties.
• Flexible, innovative and an independent.
