ifications Team. This is an
ongoing temporary role which could lead to permanent employment. Based in
Melbourne CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Managing
a pipeline of mortgage files - Ensuring
that all special conditions have been met in accordance with lenders
requirements - Verifying
the allocation of new files (mortgage documents) - Following
up on any missing or outstanding information - Liaising
with solicitors, clients and brokers - Calculating
fees and charges - Preparing
Certification and sending to clients once the settlement is booked - Arranging
cheques for settlement
Skills:
- A solid
understanding of the mortgage process - Previous
back office mortgage processing experience - Excellent
attention to detail - Ability
to work in a fast paced environment - Strong
communication & customer service skills
