Providing
an efficient administrative and secretarial service working in a fast-paced
dynamic team, with minimal supervision whilst following the firm’s processes,
in order to enhance client service and meet business needs.

Supporting
a Partner and two other fee-earners your duties will involve;

- Preparation
of court documents - File
management (including new matter files, file maintenance, opening &
closing files and archiving) - Dicta
typing - Amendments
- Diary
management - Billings
- General
administrative support

such we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with an
employment/litigation background. In addition you will have solid technical
skills and a great working attitude.
