A rare opportunity
has arisen for a switched on and pro-active Legal Secretary to join one of the
most renowned teams in Perth supporting a Senior Partner, Special Counsel and a
Senior Associate. This is a busy role that will certainly keep you challenged
whilst being rewarded and appreciated!

Your duties will include:

• Email
  and Diary management
• Travel
  arrangement
• Dictaphone
  typing
• Client
  liaison
• Editing
  and amending documents
• Preparation
  of documents
• Preparing
  board papers
• Monthly
  Billings and reporting
• Filing
  and other administration tasks

The Candidate:

• To be
  considered for this role you must have:
• 5+
  years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
• Previous
  experience with Litigation law matters
• Previous
  experience with complex billing transactions
• A fast
  and accurate typing with developed MS Office skills including PowerPoint
• Strong
  organisational and communication skills – able to reach important
  deadlines
• A
  positive and enthusiastic approach able to take ownership of your work
• Be
